Valentine's Day

I am not a big fan of Valentine's (please no rock throwing). I did however want to make this a fun time for my kids so I came up with the idea of a week of love. This involved an activity every day of the week of Valentines that Alex loved. We of course did the typical frosting of sugar cookies to take to neighbors. Then on Monday he ate at his favorite place McDonald's, Tuesday was an hour of Logan free time (meaning playing without towers being destroyed:) Then on Wednesday we went to the McDonalds playland with a friend for a couple of hours. This was very nice because with all of the snow both boys have been cooped up for too long. Then on Valentine's day we had heart pancakes with pink milk. Then for dinner we had spaghetti and cherry 7-up. Over all it was a nice week of love!!
