Air Museum

While Andy was off fishing we decided to spend the day at the Air Museum.  Thanks to Facebook we discovered that Jen and her kids were planning on being there as well.  We decided to go together and then go out to lunch after.

Huge tires
They had a room open we had never been in before and the kids spent a good hour there.  They had science experiments, costumes to dress up in and flight simulators.  The kids had such a good time and it was fun to spend time with cousins.

Father's Day

Andy always goes fishing a few days after father's day so that is always his present.  This year we wanted to make it a little more fun so we bought him a bunch of treats to take on his trip.  The boys decided to do a treasure hunt with clues to make it a little hard.  The best clue was the last clue, which was taped to Aaron's back.  He had been carrying him the whole time and never realized it.
Andy is such a good dad.  He loves his boys so much and is always willing to take them on an adventure.  He also is known to stop at A&W whenever Logan asks for a rootbeer float.  We love you Andy!!

Swimming lessons

Alex decided this year that he was too big for swimming lessons so it was just Logan.  It was nice to be able to focus on just one lesson and take a zillion pictures.  Yes, I admit I have a problem.  Logan has no fear in the water and I am sure he gave his instructions heart attacks every lesson.  He learned a lot and I am more comfortable just letting him play.

Seeking Help

My cousin just passed away at the young age of 32.  She has had a tough life.  Her mom passed away when she was 18 and her dad passed away in February.  She has been homeless and didn't have much in the way of resources.  She has one sister, who is a single mom,  a brother who is mentally handicapped and a little boy who is around 8.  There is nothing to pay for a proper funeral and burial.
I am reaching out to those in the blog world to help in any way you can.  I have set up an account to help pay for the expenses of a funeral.  If you would like to help please email me or leave a comment with your email and I will email you.  I figure if we can get a lot of people to donate a little it will make a huge difference.  Anything we get in excess of expenses will be put in a trust fund for her son.
I know we were so truly blessed when Emma passed away this is my chance to repay the kindness given to us.  Thank you to all of you for the blessing you are in my life!!

Bowling

One of Logan's favorite activities is bowling.  We decided to go one afternoon and had so much fun.  Everyone was able to get at least one spare.  We even had a round where everyone had to granny bowl.  There were a lot of laughs and silliness shared by all.

Pictures

I am the first to admit that I am obsessed with taking pictures.  I have so many pictures of Aaron's first month so I thought I would post a few.  He is so cute I am sure no one will mind.

Cute baby feet

Alex wanted to take Aaron outside.  He thought of this set up all by himself.
