Just Logan and Me

Today Logan decided that a nap was not on his agenda. Unfortunately, I was working and could not get off so he was stuck in his crib for an hour. He was really good and just entertained himself the whole time. Since he was up early I wanted to do a fun project with him and I. He is still young for most projects so I thought about cookies. He could at least eat the results. I got out the mixer and asked Logan to bring over a chair which he did. We then started the mixer creaming the butter. He was fascinated.
He has never been allowed to be that close. Then I let him pour the chocolate chips in all by himself.
After the cookies were all mixed we got to test the cookie dough. The other great thing was we finished off our oatmeal so now he has his own drum.

The camera has been found!!!

Well after scouring the house for a week we found the camera. Logan had thrown it between our bed and the wall. I was so excited to find it because Alex's last soccer game is tomorrow and school is ending soon. Stay tuned for Logans's latest tricks, Alex's last game and the last day of school.

Our fun zoo trip!!!

We went to Salt Lake for Mother's day weekend. Andy had the Republican state convention on Saturday so we decided to make a weekend out of it. The boys and I did not have any plans for Saturday so the Reggie Grandma paid for us to go to the zoo. Little did we know that it would be a mob scene due to Mom and Me at the Zoo day. It was a lot of fun and the perfect weather for the zoo. It was fun to watch Logan with the animals. He is now added a bear, tiger, monkey and elephant to the sounds he can make. I am alive!!

I am so sorry for no posts in a long time. There is a lot going on but no pictures to prove it. I have been dealing with printer problems as well as a monkey escaping with my camera. I am searching the whole house tomorrow to hopefully find the camera. Sorry for no pics I am going to beat my computer. If anyone has any advice on why my blog hates me let me know.
