My goal!!!

My goal for this weekend is to update my blog. I have a few posts sitting in cyber space but have yet to make it to my blog. We have St. Patricks Day, a trip to SLC, my crazy Logan, Star Wars night and maybe a few more. I want to get this all done before Logan's surgery on Wednesday. Yes he gets his 4th set of tubes, fun times. Stay tuned!!!

My iPod

I am not one to run right out and buy the newest technological product. Often times I find my life is much easier without the excess noise. However, when someone gives me one I will not turn one down. I won an iPod shuffle from PYP and I was so excited. I have used it to exercise with and it is a really handy thing. Thanks PYP for my great new toy. I love it!!!

St. Patty's Day

When the boys woke up this morning they found the house a little out of sorts but there were treats as well. It was so much fun going on a gold hunt. We had green waffle sticks for breakfast since I was not sure whether I would be home in time for dinner or not.
Side note to the day: Logan went to the plastic surgeon today who said he looks great. He is not pleased with how his nose is looking so we will be back at 5 for a nose job. The doctor suggested a feeding evaluation for Logan to see if we can get some pounds packed on him. He is up to 27 now and 31 inches tall.:)

Time out from life Part 3

After the temple we went out to eat. It was a very fun night of chatter and silliness.

The next day the Utes were in the championship game so we went over to my mom's to eat pizza and let the kids play. There are not any pics cuz the game was too intense. It was a really fun weekend!

Time out from Life Part 2

The Draper Temple Open House was so wonderful. I loved the opportunity to show my boys what the temple is and why it is important in our lives. It was a lot of walking and some very sore feet but it was so worth it.
Logan kept telling everyone when they asked about the temple about the "wa wa, bath." He was referring to the baptismal font that he wanted so badly to climb into.
I loved the opportunity to have my whole family in the sealing room and be able to see them in the mirror and view my eternity. I sure love my 3 boys.

Time Out From Life Part 1

Alex had parent teacher conferences this week which meant he had 2 1/2 days off of school. I knew he would be bored so we decided to take a field trip. We had planned to go to the Draper Temple Open house on Friday so we headed down for that. We got there a couple of hours early so we stopped to feed the ducks at Wheeler Farm. The kids loved it. Lots of pics!!!

I think DST confused Mother Nature

Today is March 9th at least that is what the calendar says. Outside it has been snowing for at least 12 hours and we have a foot of snow. Logan has loved every minute of it and has screamed when we brought him in from outside. Glad someone is enjoying it.

Alex is more holy!!!:)

Alex came home from school with a very wiggly tooth yesterday. He kept wiggling it and then finally at 9:15 that night it fell out. The tooth fairy came and she was so groggy she left him $3.00. I told him not to expect that much next time.
