Major Owies!!

Wow what a fun experience we had last night. Logan came downstairs and into the kitchen just as I opened the oven door. I saw him out of the corner of my eye and grabbed him and moved him away from the oven. I turned to grab a hot pad and he was right there again and had put his hands down on the inside of the door. I grabbed him and ran his hands under cold water. Then dad stepped in and did some great first aid. He coated it with aloe vera and then put a sock on it. We then ran him to instacare. They think it is a second degree burn, we will have to wait until the blisters are gone to see the extent of the damage. We go into our regular doc tomorrow to determine a plan of action. We are guessing his poor hands will be wrapped for at least two weeks.
